These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Atlenda platform and website. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
The service
Atlenda provides a software workspace for travel agencies, including client management, sales pipeline, proposals, bookings, payments, supplier connections, analytics and an AI assistant. Features may evolve over time.
Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity that happens under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.
Acceptable use
You agree to use Atlenda lawfully and not to misuse the service — including no attempts to disrupt, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the platform or other tenants' data.
Customer data
You retain ownership of the data you and your travellers enter. You are responsible for having the right to process that data and for complying with applicable data-protection laws when using the platform.
Availability
We work to keep Atlenda available and reliable, but the service is provided “as is” without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. We may perform maintenance and update features from time to time.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Atlenda is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of profits or data arising from your use of the service.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Democratic Republic of Algeria. Any dispute will be subject to the competent courts of Algiers, unless otherwise required by law.
