How does billing work?
Atlenda bills your agency a monthly or annual subscription in Algerian dinar. You pay by EDAHABIA or CIB — no foreign card or currency conversion. Separately, your own Chargily account collects payments from your travelers, so their money flows directly to you, never through us.
What happens after the 14-day trial?
You start on a full-featured trial with no card required. When it ends, pick a plan to keep going. Nothing is deleted if you wait — your data stays put until you decide.
Can I add more seats than my plan includes?
Yes. Pro and Business let you add seats beyond what's included. If your team is growing fast, annual billing plus seat add-ons is usually the better deal — talk to us and we'll work it out.
What if I cancel? Do I lose my data?
Never. You can export every client, booking, proposal, and commission record at any time, on any plan — including after you cancel. Your operational history belongs to you, permanently. That's a promise, not a plan feature.
Do you take a commission on my bookings?
No. Atlenda is a flat subscription. We don't take a cut of your bookings, your margins, or your traveler payments. What you earn on a trip is entirely yours.
Is my agency's data mixed with others?
No. Every agency is fully isolated — one agency can never see another's clients, bookings, or references. Your reference numbers are unique to you.
